Anytime classes are in session, Campus Technology technicians are available and ready to respond to classroom needs. If at any point during class you need assistance of any kind with the classroom technology, you can contact Campus Technology (firstname.lastname@example.org; 817-921-8555) and we will quickly dispatch a technician to your classroom.
As a service to our faculty, we are able to schedule a Campus Technology technician to be present 15 minutes before class to help ensure that the classroom technology is set up correctly. Campus Technology requires all students in Flexible, Synchronous Live, and Flex-Access courses to complete TechChecks prior to the start of the semester. TechChecks include training in Zoom and checking the student’s technology and network to ensure they have the best experience possible.
You can direct students to Campus Technology if they need to complete a TechCheck.
